Returns Policy

We stand behind all our products, but if you're not satisfied, here are the steps below to get a refund.

Returns are only eligible if you have 90%+ of the product left. We understand you need to try it a couple times.

Exclusions to refunds can occur if Pure Choice Farms did everything to inform You about our products including:

• Our Vanilla, Chocolate, Peanut Better, and Original flavors are generally mild.
• Shipping times can be harmed by the shipping services, both UPS & USPS.
• The ingredient list per product was not read.
  

Here is how our returns work:

1) We ship free to you, and expect you to ship the product back to us.

2) Include your order number, name, email, address, and a note stating you would like to make a return and why.

3) Wait 7-14 days, although typically less, to be issued a refund.

If the cancellation request is not our fault, we offer 90% refunds.

We do not offer returns on 18lb or 36lb whey orders because if you don't know if you love it, please do not buy that much! :-)
