Returns Policy

We stand behind all our products, but if you're not satisfied, here are the guidelines and steps below to get a refund.

Returns are only eligible if you have 90%+ of the product left and returns are never eligible on Subscription orders. We understand you need to try it a couple times.

 

We do not offer refunds on Subscription orders. Subscriptions are for people who have already tried the product and know they love it. If you have not tried our product, please do not place a subscription order, as we will not take a return on them.



Exclusions to refunds can occur if Pure Choice Farms did everything to inform You about our products including:

  • Our Vanilla, Chocolate, Peanut Better, and Original flavors are generally mild.
  • Shipping times can be harmed by the shipping services, both UPS & USPS.
  • The ingredient list per product was not read.

Here is how our returns work:

1) We ship free to you, and expect you to ship the product back to us.

2) Include your order number, name, email, address, and a note stating you would like to make a return and why.

3) Wait 7-14 days, although typically less, to be issued a refund.

We do not offer returns on Subscription orders OR  18lb  OR  36lb  whey orders because if you don't know if you love it, please do not schedule payments or buy that much! :-)
