Delicious protein, no bs ingredients or bs artificial sweeteners. I never get a bloat after consuming this like I did with other protein brands. This mixes well and really satiates so it could be used as a meal replacement shake as well. I highly recommend this protein as I have tried ALL the big brands and this one really impressed me. I have previously ordered the peanut better and the frosted marshmallow flavors, but the plain is by far my favorite. I can mix it with anything! Or just have it in water! Dissolves entirely, no clumps like with flavored ones! Although, the peanut butter flavored one mixes very well, too. Very impressed with the quality of this product and I recommend this whey brand to my gym friends often!

So, I just received my second 5lb container of Pure Choice Whey Protein. I'm 66 yrs old. I have been weight training/bodybuilding since the 1970's. Opened one of the first weight training gyms on Long Island NY in 1980. I retired from the law enforcement profession in 2011. I currently train in my home gym of which I have attached a photo. Along with this Whey protein I take several other supplements, mostly vitamins and minerals, and on occasion creatine. I get a complete physical every year. I do NOT take steroids nor am I on any kind of Harmone Replacement Therapy. Strictly out of curiosity I recently had my testosterone levels checked. The range for total testosterone in males over 40 is 190-740, I tested at 621. So much for a precipitous drop in test levels as you age. Over the years I have tried many, many different protein powders, but I must say that this is by far the best powder I have ever used. I love the that it is 100% pure whey, nothing added, I care about what I ingest and my overall health. It mixes great in a shaker bottle and has a very mild taste. I mix it with organic chocolate milk and drink it after my training sessions and I do find that it substantially aids in muscle recovery. Hopefully Pure choice never sacrifices the quality of this product for profit. If the the formula ever changes I will have to look elsewhere. But for now I'm a loyal customer.

Not totally flavorless, and I'm not sure how to describe the natural whey flavor, more like a tang? Idk, try a bag and you tell me. I prefer it with chocolate milk or a smoothie. Dissolves amazing. Doesn't bother my stomach like most protein powders. I bet it would be excellent in cooking or baking. Would buy again.
